This cabin has enhanced CDC cleaning measures that are implemented, the property is cleaned with disinfectant and contactless check-in and out.

• Any pets or extra people brought to the cabin are a rules violation and will result in an extra charge of $500 and immediate removal with no refund.

• WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You and your party accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub and hold owner harmless.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation.
